In the recent patch 10.0.7 PTR notes, Blizzard has announced that they will be changing Stolen Breath of Ohn’ahra to be able to drop in Mythic+ as well with Patch 10.0.7. Currently, you can only obtain it from Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulties.
