The Reusable Oversized Bobber is a new toy in patch 10.0.5. This toy increases the size of your fishing bobber – and, unlike the non-toy version, works with other toy bobbers!
To obtain the toy, all you need to do is catch 100 fish with the Oversized Bobber which can be bought from most NPCs who sell Fishing Supplies, such as Pakak in Valdrakken.
